As an IT Business Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the IT

team, translating business needs into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for IT teams.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and other IT professionals to ensure solutions meet business needs and adhere to technical standards.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in the design, testing, and implementation phases of IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
• Provide training and support to end users to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and IT project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 + yrs of proven experience as a business analyst in the IT industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
