Duties:

Design, develop, and test working software. Lead the architecture, design and development activities for a team of developers in coordination with the offshore team. Participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions. Create and execute test cases and work with the testing team to resolve any bugs. Monitor back-end databases and servers and resolve production support issues. Use SQL Server Database to store and retrieve data. Use programming languages to implement business logic and interact with databases. Use scripting languages to automate tasks.

Requirements:

Requires a minimum of equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a closely-related field, plus 5 years’ progressive developer/analyst experience using each of the following: (1) Languages: C#/VB.Net, and ASP.Net (MVC, WebForms); (2) Service APIs, including RESTful WCF & Web API; (3) front-end tools, including Angular, jQuery, TypeScript, HTML and CSS; (4) back-end tools, including SQL Server Database; and (5) Team Foundation Server.

The position reports to employer’s Worthington, Ohio office and requires travel and/or relocation to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to work on short-term & long-term projects.
