Join Expeed Software as a UX Designer to shape cutting-edge digital experiences through user-centric design practices. As a key contributor to our IT consulting team, you will conduct impactful user research, develop intuitive information architectures, and design seamless user interactions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, you’ll ensure the successful implementation of your designs.

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Information Architecture: Develop information architecture and wireframes to create intuitive and effective user interfaces.
• Interaction Design: Design and prototype user interactions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability-testing sessions to gather valuable feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of designs.  
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the UX design team, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and a solid understanding of front-end development technologies.
• User-Centered Design: Demonstrated experience in applying user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user interactions and system flows.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to evolving project requirements.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Equivalent experience
